Not for comedies. Some Will Ferrell films have much worse - Anchorman was a 94.2/5.8% split, Talladega Nights was 90.1/9.9%, Anchorman 2 was 73.3/26.7%, while Holmes and Watson was 75.6/24.4%. Crazy Rich Asians did 73.2/26.8% and The Upside did 88.2/11.8% (and to show it cuts both ways, the French film the latter was a remake of did 97.6% of its $426,588,510 internationally and only 2.4% in the US while on a smaller scale Stan and Ollie did 77.6% overseas and only 22.4% Stateside). Comedies are notorious for travelling badly.
