Really looking forward to this weekend. Took the night off work tonight. Been playing The Outer Worlds all day and later tonight, my girlfriend and I and a couple friends are going to the Halloween Haunt thingy at King's Island where my girlfriend won free tickets to by calling in to some radio station a couple weeks ago. Then tomorrow, her and her roommate are having a Halloween party. Gonna be a spoopy weekend.

i can shave with mine. it gives me "razor" burn, but i can do it. i keep my knives shaving sharp (duh) as a dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp one.

I think it finally caught up with me this afternoon. I have no idea when I went to sleep, but I crashed hard. Thankfully I close tomorrow. So I can sleep in if I need to tomorrow.

I'll ask this here since this thread gets more attention than the traveling forum. Has anyone been to British Columbia or the Canadian Rockies and the Alps and if so, how do they compare? I'm just thinking about some of the pictures that I've seen from Canada and the scenery is breathtaking.

I haven't been to the Alps, but I've been to the Rockies.
It is awe inspiring. For me it was so beautiful, it was almost a religious experience.
I recommend starting a drive from Calgary and head west to Canmore then Banff, then head north to Jasper. Bring lots of cash. Those tourist places are expensive.

I have heard of Banff and maybe Jasper but not familiar with Canmore. I was actually planning a trip to B.C. back in '14. I didn't know what all I would be doing but I figured I would hit Victoria and Vancouver for sure. I actually used to live in Washington when I was younger and have been to Canada once or twice. I was in the Alps in the fall when it was pretty foggy. I need to get back in the spring.

If you have any pictures of your trips up there, you should post them
