It might be the movie we got but I personally (and everyone else) get to decide whether to spend my money on it or not.

And Dark Fate needs paying customers like us on their side. Terminator fans aren't obliged to support a franchise movie just because it exists. I already made that mistake with the quickly sold off Genisys film.
