The Broadway Melody's last reel was originally in 2-color Technicolor and the version of Around the World in 80 Days that won was the 30fps 70mm one since it didn't go into 35mm general release until 1957 after the Oscar win. Though, apparently some of the roadshow presentations used 34mm "Cinestage" reductions, but it seems unclear whether the 30fps or 24fps negative was used.

I should've said "the only two on blu", but good point, most likely, whenever those make it to blu, that info will still be accurate.

I think Crash is also only the director's cut. Theatrical version was released on DVD, but not Blu-ray.

You're right, I had it backwards in my head, the US version is the "director's cut", you have to import international versions to get the theatrical cut.
