I can't go back to the old Blu-ray. Not after seeing this new uhd Blu-ray. Its perfect. Even the Remastered Blu-ray is way better then the old one.
The old audio is low and not very punchy. I absolutely love the new Atmos mix and would never go back. Is there anything evidence that Burton or even Elfman had a say in this new remastered presentation? |

TBS and a few other channels seem to be showing the newest masters of the the Batman Quadrilogy. For some reason every single screenshot of the remastered Blu-ray's seem very wrong in comparison to actually seeing the film on your TV.

One of my friends is new to 4K and just bought this one. Mine is still on my Amazon wishlist which is why I'm needing to ask this question.
Which disc is the 4K disc? I looked at his picture and couldn't see a "4K" slapped on either one. I'm assuming it's the one on the left since the one on the right is old artwork isn't it? ![]() |

Yeah, the one with the blue print is the remastered Blu-Ray, and the other disc is the original Blu-Ray.

I feel like someone bought the 4K to upgrade over their Blu-ray, chucked the old blu-ray and the new blu-ray in the new case, and sold it off as the 4K again. |

I bought the 4k from JB hi-fi and it had the 4k and old Blu-ray so I emailed roadshow entertainment in Australia and asked for the remastered Blu-ray and they sent me all 4 remastered 89-97 Blu-rays for free without proof. They apologized and said it was an error on their part.

If anyone wants to make a quick buck for Christmas time, I'm still offering for someone to pass along the new 4K transfer already mixed with the old sound mix. I know a few people have mentioned that it's out there, but I have unfortunately been unable to find it.
I hate to beat a dead horse but I still have time to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of my favorite movie properly. |
