So, I have a basic suggestion. I can't tell you how annoying it is to turn on Disney+ to watch the Simpsons and it doesn't continue with the season/episode you left off on. You literally have to go find it every time. This is NOT good for binge watching. Every time I press play, for me, it always plays S1E1 Christmas. Not to mention the other shows too.

This isn't just me right?

Nope. I have the same problem as my son and I are watching the 1990’s Animated Spider-man cartoon series. We usually just watch 1 episode a day and then the next day when we login and go to watch the next episode it just brings up all episodes and we have to scroll to the next episode manually. It is annoying. We don’t have to do that on Hulu where we have been binge watching the Catfish TV show. So I don’t understand why they didn’t do this for The Disney + app (btw we stream from our Apple 4K tv).

My wants:

- Continue Watching (sometimes works, mostly doesn't)
- Watch History
- A list of devices you're signed into, with the ability to remove them
- A few of the movies that somehow didn't make it onto the service (The Watcher in the Woods, Something Wicked This Way Comes, Song of the South, etc.)

The lack of these two basic features is really aggravating.

The other day, a family member was watching the Imagineering Story. They stopped viewing about a half hour in.

I didn't know this, so when I went to play the episode, it resumed where they had left off. I eventually found away to rewind to the beginning of the episode.

Watched the entire hour of the content. Even played through the credits until the D+ logo played.

Today, my dad went to watch the very same episode. Me thinking that it's already been played through, will start at the beginning.

NOPE.

It resumed at the same moment where it was left off yesterday about a half hour into the episode.

So the conclusion is, even if you have watched the entire runtime of whatever program you play on Disney+, it will automatically play wherever you left it off at.

Disney really needs to fix this problem.

Oh, and if it matters, I have an AppleTV 4K Model number: A1842

Click "give feedback" and then "suggest a new feature" or "tell us if something's not right" depending on if you want a continue watching/watch next or if it keeps starting over or not... or whatever lol

Anyone still getting that exclamation point alert on their account? I still have it. I checked to see what my subscription status is and it says Verizon but when I got to my Verizon account to check to see if Disney Plus is in fact added to my account, I don’t see it anywhere on my add-one.

What is the deal?

Thank you!

How many submissions will it take for Disney to consider the suggestions?

I had the exclamation mark until I realized I had to update payment. Maybe that's the problem?

The Simpsons is kind of a stupid show anyways. I never watched a single episode.

Disney is a such smart-ass company; they remastered Hercules TV series and Winnie the pooh series for the streaming service only! they want people to pay every month and go to check-out and pay the bills instead of putting it on blu-ray for everyone to enjoy; the greed is beyond me with this company.

Unbelievable that I still cannot access Disney+.

Error 83 on Roku...

Firestick, Sony x900F, Google Pixel 2 = "Oh no, something went wrong. Please try again. If you continue to have issues, please visit our help center at help.disneyplus.com (No Error Code)"

I can bring up homepage on phone app, if I select account it says "Unable to connect to Disney+ There seems to be an issue connecting to the Disney+ service. Please try again if this issue persists". If I select legal, it says "Network Error"

I can get to the start free trial/login homepage via chrome on phone and PC but as soon as I click "login" it goes to an endless spinning circle.

I am unable to access Live Chat have been on hold for 2+ hours with phone support. I have deleted and re-downloaded apps as well as power-cycled my network. I thought it might be an isolated issue with my account but the fact that I can't even get to a login screen from a non-logged access point seems like the whole site is screwed yet other people have access?!?!

I wonder if D+ will ever add all of The Muppet Show seasons? I know that some point after Thanksgiving I'll watch the Muppet Christmas Carol.

They are a business intent on making money. If you were in their shoes, I bet you would do anything you could to maximize the cash flow into your business.

$6.99 a month or $69.99 a year.

$69.99 divided by the average Disney 4K disc price of $34.99 = 2 4K discs

So for the price of 2 4K or BD discs, you get access to over 100 movies. Many available for the first time in HD or 4K.

Yeah, Disney really is greedy with this service.

Try going to app on your phone on mobile data, not wifi. That was the only thing that worked for me for a while. Seems to have no issues right now though.

Yeah but Disney is not a broke company; they brainwashed generations worth of pocket dollars that they will squeeze till the day Ronald Disney will die and then some. So actually, releasing blu-rays of the remastered shows is the least they can do to give back to all the fortune they made by re-releasing nostalgia and milking the cow from VHS-LASERDISC-DVD-BLU-RAY releases of the same movies/shows.
