Yup. If there are not 2 adult releases in December VS will literally have to refund $$$ to the completionist subscribers since they paid for 10.

Why not 1 in november though? I thought we were getting 2 BF titles, 2 VSA, 1 box set and 3 normal titles.

They shouldn’t have to give money back because even if it’s 9 titles that’s still $12 a title and more then half off the MSRPs

That doesn't matter if it's not what they said you would receive. I hate 70s porn so I have no idea how many they guarenteed, if any.

They were promised 10 adult titles, so will have to refund if they get less. VS will not want to give the money back so 2 of the 4 in December will be adult.

Titles don't matter. They also said they were releasing a B & W movie in March that never showed up. SMALL CHANGE? LOOSE CHANGE? LOOSE SCREWS? I can't remember the title. Anyway, titles don't matter, just the number of releases.

But the stipulation when purchasing the package is always the schedule and titles are tentative, not guaranteed.

I feel like there have been Dec titles on the yearly package the past couple years but after BF settles, that’s it for the year.

I think you're right about December; I don't remember any December releases since I've known about the sale (2017) even though they were on the schedule, but this year is different because they're short some titles. The last couple years they fulfilled everything in the subscription by BF.

Because they still released the same number of titles that were advertised in the package. Plus, a free one--Bloody New Year.

Would you be saying that if they promised 10 horror titles and only delivered 8?

At the end of the day, some people might have seen the 10 adult titles and decided to get the full collection because of that.
