We'll let it sit for a while I suppose.

Where would we find clearer confirmation of it being OOP than it not being carried new by retailers? I'm not being snide, I'm truly asking, because that's always been how I've assumed something was OOP.

There's no way to check the studio store, as with wbshop, because the entire foxconnect website has been taken down by Disney.

Last King of Scotland has been unavailable new directly from Amazon for at least six months.

James Luckard with threads like this oop is based on likely. even if a studio decides to kill a title on a named day, they may in the future as little as 6 months include it in a multi pack

Not a big deal HD Goofnut, much appreciated what you have done with this list but Inglorious Bastards was never placed on the OOP list under the Severin titles.

Just a heads up, but Hamilton Book just got in stock a bunch of OOP Shout/Scream Factory stuff like New Year's Evil, Stigmata, Invaders From Mars, Carrie double feature, The Incredible Melting Man, Swamp Thing, Scarecrows, Blacula double feature, etc. All priced between $9.95-$14.95.

I grabbed "Pope of Greenwich Village / Desperate Hours", because I don't want to have to pay inflated out-of-print prices in a year or two. Thanks for the tip!

If anybody is still trying to track down the OOP Season 3 of the From Dusk Till Dawn TV show, there's an eBay seller selling all three seasons together although obviously not as great a deal if you already have the first two seasons:

If an ebay seller has "more than 10 copies" of something rare, I wouldn't trust the legitimacy of the product enough to buy it. (I should say, I have no knowledge about the From Dusk Till Dawn show, so I don't know how rare that set is.)

I bought a set and they actually are legit copies. Season 1 even came with the slipbox and season 3 had the slipcover. Season 2 was missing the slip but also appears legit.

Season 3 is the only hard one to find.

Keep in mind there's also theft rings. That somehow steal epic amounts of stock from companies and resell it. I used to work at a place that bought in movies. People would come in all the time selling stolen stuff. Usually junkies. Not sure if they're buying it dirt cheap and reselling it (always for cash, never store credit which gets you a bit more), or selling it for the thieves and getting a cut. Stuff that's never opened or so freshly opened you can still smell the new smell off it from just holding it. Obviously not coming from someone's collection or something they bought 100% legit. Considering how expensive some stuff is and how little we gave for it. People even bringing the same thing multiple times a day. Sometimes multiple of the samething multiple times a day. Often getting new releases that come out Tuesday from people as soon as we open that same Tuesday morning.

Could be a bootlegger but what I said also exists too. This person just might not be a junkie and is willing to take the time to make a little more money than dumping it at some local store.

The seller has 2000 items for sale, all of them have "more than 10 copies". Some of them have sold more than 100 copies. That sounds more like a bootlegger, because it would be an awful lot to steal and then hang onto, selling individual copies on-line. Either way, something doesn't smell right, but that's just me; if I have to think twice about an ebay seller, I buy from a different seller.
