I love Weaver as an author and commentator too, but his rejection of horror films from other parts of the world is a self-imposed limitation I can't endorse. Lots of people are like that about spaghetti westerns too. I would never subscribe to that as any kind of authoritative consideration on the worth of those films. They are entitled to their views, of course, but I'm entitled to mine and mine says they are missing out on a lot of fun.

That new artwork is easily one of my favourites that Scream has put out. This was an easy pre-order for me anyway, but that poster definitely sweetens the deal.
