I am in same boat, ordered 11-22, no shipment notification no replies to my emails regarding order status. Has anyone tried contacting them via the provided phone number? May try that tommorrow or may just contact paypal and cancel order soon.

Yes, I have. I kind of took a chance and ordered a small number of multi-disc cases, the order totaling about $25 about early October directly from their website and payed through Paypal (the shipping cost was outrageous, btw). After about a month of continually checking my order and seeing no movement, I emailed them and got a reply after a couple days apologizing for the delay and the order was sent the next day USPS ground with tracking info showing up on the order details online. My experience sounds like it's the exception to the rule with this business.

As others have said, it's probably best to order through eBay/Paypal as you'll have good, easy recourse and protection to cancel and get a refund if they drag their feet too long which seems to be the norm. I don't know what the business situation is with Casetopia, but it seems like it's one guy filling orders and probably prioritizing big mass orders over piddly little 10 case orders by us regular folk.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, but I’m surprised that I’ve had good luck with them the two times I’ve ordered from them.

First time was directly through their website. Placed my order, waited a week and then sent them an email after not hearing anything, was responded to very quickly with a tracking number and everything.

Same thing with my second order which was placed through their eBay store.

I mean, I shouldn’t have had to reach out to them in the first place to get the ball rolling, but it wasn’t that big a deal.

I ordered 100 Viva Elite Single Cases and 15 Viva Elite 4K Double cases from megadiscstore. I ordered from their ebay shop and it was delivered in less than a week!! Almost all the cases were in great quality, some of the hubs for the 4k ones weren't doing the usual click sound but they have been holding my discs fine and survived a few shake tests lol. I would highly recommend ordering from their ebay shop, my only issue is they are a bit more expensive than casetopia but I was willing to spend more for better shipping and communication than casetopia has been doing.

I have looked everywhere online (almost literally) for these black multi-disc Blu-ray cases. It seems they are quite common in Japan, as shows like HOMELAND, 24, GLEE, PRISON BREAK and THE X-FILES were released with them.

They can fit between 5 - 7 discs at least and look like regular multi-disc 25mm Viva Elite cases but black.

It's driving me nuts to know they exist out there, but can't seem to be available. Does anyone have some kind of idea where to find those?!

I then went to their link, added my CC again and got the shipping confirmation the same night. Will be arriving Friday. I feel a little silly.

I dealt with Casetopia the other day. I ordered a 10-disc Blu-ray case and it was stuck in processing for two weeks. Decided to phone in and figure out the delay. The guy who answered was extremely helpful and it only took two minutes. It was shipped and I received a tracking number.

The guy wasn't sure why my order had been delayed, so I assume it wasn't noticed on Casetopia's end even though I used Paypal to make the purchase immediately. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt since Christmas is coming up but it seems to be happening to many people here.

If I lived in TN I'd attempt to pick up a truck load of casetopia case stock in person and sell it to forum members. Sounds like literally anyone would be able to run that business better.

Yeah, I'm worrying about a huge order I need to place soon, but knowing that disputing a PayPal claim will make things move helps.

I dislike Casetopia very much. I've made two orders, and each order was problematic. I don't understand how they are able to make it so difficult... And yet I know I'll likely make another order in a few months.

I think the problem is that there is no real alternative - particularly when it comes to UHD cases holding more than two discs - and their pricing is very good.
