Some more information:

There will be four editions- Two different Fullslips, a Lenticular Fullslip and a Quarterslip. All four will be 2disc editions. The Fullslips and the Lenti will have a 36p booklet, 2 lenticular character cards, 5 photo cards, original poster and an MD Package Envelope (?). The Quarterslip will have just the two character Lenticular cards.

No release info yet.

Not sure at this point. I’d guess they would only consider it if all 4 editions sell out

Some further information regarding the Special Features:

Apparently, there will be three commentary tracks on Disc 1, two of which will be English subtitled, including the one with director Na Hong-jin, music director Dalparan, cinematographer Hong Kyung-pyo and the art director. The one with actors Kwak Do-won, Hwang Jung-min, Chun Woo-hee et al will not be English friendly.

Disc two has a number of featurettes regarding the casting, makeup, Shamanism etc, ranging from 6 minutes to 25 minutes which will also not be English friendly, but a new featurette which roughly translates as "Gods in 'The Wailing'" or something similar, running at 42 minutes, will be English subtitled!

The two lenticular character cards are designed with the character posters. One transitions between the Kwak Do-won and Hwang Jung-min posters while the other transitions between Chun Woo-hee and Jun Kunimura.

Just beautiful. Fullslip A for me. I'm so happy that it has some English friendly special features, can't wait to dive into that director commentary track. Sucks a bit that I can't know what the actors have to say, but hopefully Arrow or Eureka will release this later.

And I can't believe this movie is almost four years old already.

I've never had the faintest interest in the one-click boxes that many of these big releases get, but if they announce one for this... I think I'm in trouble.
