Trust me, YES!
I have The Wild AND Chiclen Little ripped... PowerDVD Ultra plays the BDMV folder nicely(also plays the individual M2TS files as well).
Plus, the BDs themselves are BDMV and PowerDVD Ultra plays BDs great!
