Is it possible they're in a harbor (maybe military even) and that's just a massive pier of some sorts? Sorry, I'm reaching there lol, like most others, it does seem far fetched to have those two massive creatures trading blows on a carrier, that even in a spit second clip, seems awfully rock solid.

As for Kong's growth, eh, I'm less concerned about that, I mean he had to be bigger or no movie. I'm sure they've cooked up some explanation (beyond that "he's still growing" bit from Skull Island) and they'll do some hashing that out in the movie for our "convenience" - maybe he stepped in some atomic radioactive doo doo at some point or better yet, a volcano on skull island was spewing some out for years and he's inhaled too much lol...I dunno, can let that slide honestly. I'm really more bothered by weirder shit, like what looks like him throwing an overhand right punch ala Tyson (ironically lol)...I mean did he get training from Rocky at some point? I liked the more gorilla style fighting we saw in King Kong. Anyway, I sure hope this all comes together, I've enjoyed all the films in the series thus far (although they're definitely slipping) and hope it finishes with the best one yet.
