I ran into this show when it was airing on BBCAmerica several years ago. (On the late night showings, they'd air it uncensored.) I think it's been nearly beat to death at this point but it's some of the funniest TV I've ever seen. The Christmas special is mandatory holiday viewing around here.

They're caricatures, of course, but it's funny 'cause it's true: I'd swear I've known these guys, or at least their southern-US analogs. (I live in fear of a US remake.) Favorite episodes are back-to-back in season three: "Who's the Microphone Assasin?" because it could happen 2 u cuz it happened to me; and "Closer to the Heart," which should be required viewing for every Rush fan on the planet (Ricky kidnaps Alex Lifeson; hilarity ensues).

There's also the pilot project that spawned the series, a b&w short film of the same title. The situation is somewhat different; Ricky's actually left the trailer park, and the boys' racket involves offering a community service in their own unique administration of animal control. The characters aren't yet fully developed and some of them are missing---most notably Bubbles, although Mike Smith can be seen and heard screaming in Bubbles' voice at the end of the film when the sound guy gets shot .
