The Dairy of Anne Frank is already available on DVD. 9.99 at Amazon. I have this DVD and it looks ok. I will most certainly purchase the Blu Ray. Also, for those who have never seen the movie, it is in black and white. The film is magnificent. A very well done movie about a very brave young girl. A must have for any collection.

The real Anne Frank. May we never forget.

I picked up this movie on DVD recently. I love the movie.

I also found the book in our basement. I read that after seeing the movie.

Although I was expecting the book to be quite depressing I found that it had a very pleasant positive tone. I really enjoyed the book.

Just a reminder, Anne Frank comes out this Tuesday, and I urge all who are interested to pick one up new and not wait for used if you can afford to do so. It is very important that we now support all of the classics, especially the pre-1970 releases....the more we buy, the more they will release. Thanks.

Absolutely! I actually had some family members killed in the concentration camps, so this release isn't going to be easy to watch. I've held off for years on watching it a 2nd time. Films like this and Schindler's List, Holocaust (tv series) are difficult.

I was hoping to get this at Best Buy, but ONCE AGAIN it looks like they will fail to stock a new Blu release of an older catalog title. Just checked their website, and it's listed as "not available" in my area (and there are many BBs in my area). This was the case with several other recent Blus of older catalog titles like 'South Pacific', 'Quo Vadis', 'The Robe', 'An American in Paris', and 'Gigi', none of which I've seen in a BB store.
