Is Kino Lorber and Amazon having some sort of distribution dispute or something? There's no more of the pre-orders coming up anymore and some of their most recent titles (like Summer of Sam and Legal Eagles) are only being sold through 3rd party sellers for close to/around $40 each. Anyone know what's going on?

This happened before and I mentioned it in the Kino thread and the Kino insider contacted Amazon. Not long after they were back up for PO.

I would email Sony because that one is definitely supposed to have a code. Some of these other Canadian releases just don't have digital but Once Upon did...

You're right, weird. Double checked my order on amazon and the listing and image show Digital Copy. Contacted them and they're going to send me a replacement. The weird part is (I'll have to double check) but I don't even think the cover I got referenced digital copy anywhere.
