And there is no physical sign of the package being broken torn or folded for that matter.. maybe im wrong but I think there sending me discs without checking to see if there in one piece. Im sorry but if your paying them and everything you get is broken, how do they expect you to want to keep paying them? They totally remained unresponsive and almost machine like. And I could tell if they sent me a email that said they had to send it from another distro center = disc will be broken. On the dot every time. Btw no im not totaly mad at discs being broken, the lack of response and attempts to contact them, there almost machine like operation and there appsolute lack of customer support, which has utteredly ensure I never use there service again. |
