frenchs and germans who are not fluent in english surely don't post.

BTW I don't think you will have to create a board in every language. Perhaps just in the 2 or 3 languages with more native speakers, and that's all.
I mean, I don't think there will be lots of slovaks or finnish asking for a forum in their language.
