Just because Disney paid for a logo doesn't mean anything.
And neither does quality control on either end

Yes. That makes sense. Sounds like Disney too.

Jessica’s clunge for a few frames when she spins out of the car as it crashes, although this has been questioned because it looked like the animators simply didn’t colour her underwear white and left them flesh coloured.

Then I believe Baby Herman shoves his fingers up a woman’s dress at the start, and I seem to recall later versions edited his fingers to make it less aggressively sexual.

Cartoon sexuality (barely) = a problem. Cartoon violence (extreme) = all okay. Got it.

I advocate for it all to be left alone. Not crying the hypocrisy isn't rectified in the censorious direction...

This movie has been censored since the year of its release, seems weird to complain about it now 32 years later.

I hope this gets the 4k restoration treatment too but where this movie would really shine is with a fresh ATMOS or DTS-X mix of the sound track, this movie screams dimensional sound and would be awesome.

It already got a 4K restoration. It's on Disney Plus.

Quality doesn't even come close to that of a physical disc, in terms of bitrate a 4k stream is almost to bitrate quality of a 1080 Blu-ray disc. Besides as I said I'm hoping for an ATMOS or DTSX track. 😁

This may follow on from Hocus Pocus and Home Alone and get a 4K physical release.

If they don't announce a 4K Blu-ray by the end of the year, I'm picking up the Blu-ray.

Well keep checking, I heard Disney is currently considering 'Roger Rabbit' for 4K UHD physical. It's needed, the blu ray transfer is rubbish.

I hope The Black Cauldron is also being considered. I've been anxious for a Black Cauldron Blu-Ray for years now.

Many classic Disney movies need 4K blu-ray releases!

It's okay, considering the movie is virtually one long optical - which makes me sceptical about its 4K worthiness in general as that will affect both detail and dynamic range - but the gamma is completely and totally off, it's far too low and makes the shadows look very raised and posterised. Fix that and I'd be a happy bunny.
