At least it has a gas mask. No wonder HMV was empty.

Mine also arrived today, and considering it was in a beat up looking Jiffy bag, it wasn’t in too bad condition. Why they can’t use more cardboard wraparounds, especially for items going long distance, I don’t know. Some items must arrive looking much worse.

I think that the cellophane being over the slipcase also helped.

Those big, numb Amazon 'padded' mailers aren't great. As you, my copy was surprisingly unscathed.

Because the bottom line is they want to squeeze every last penny of profit out of every transaction and they know that many just don't want the hassle of complaining.

Glad you guys got them... makes me wonder if I should open my Fed-Ex box now (the box is about the size of a UK C1 mailer - but twice as deep)... guess I should feel privileged

Thing is, it's quite loose inside - so probably a few dings. But, I have to admit, my OCD has other things to worry about ta the moment - time to reclassify as Over-obsessive Cleaning Derangement

It’ll help reduce server load as people turn to online shopping because they can’t go to physical shops.

It’ll also stop people buying things just because they are cheap, rather than because they actually need them.
