I don't see this being a big deal. He wasn't calling anyone the "n word." He was using it as a reference. His black friend was in the other room and didn't seem to mind.

On one hand, he’s obviously not well. On the other, Defalco is clearly exploiting that fact. I’d apparently missed the first few minutes of the stream when Bill was throwing the “n” word around. I just watched the first part and it’s amazing that he even tries to bring Fred into it. I couldn’t make out Fred’s response though.

Watched most of it...nobody should be saying the N word...it’s very offensive and racist to do so. Just to put it in context Bill did not appear to be calling anyone the N word but blurting it out as he has an “issue with racism”. He was rambling on and it was hard to make things out.

Apparently Bill is upset with some of the Code Red/Dark Force fans and wants to antagonize them by not releasing The Farmer. Bill also mentioned $100k to release The Farmer. What is The Farmer exactly?

A movie Bill owns that's never been released on video. He put a trailer on a DVD like 15 years ago. It kind of sounds similar to Rolling Thunder.

Kyle Martin returns as a silver star hero, but realizes running a one man farm is not profitable, and the bank wants to foreclose, despite returning as a hero. Then a gambler Johnny has a car accident near his farm, in which Kyle saves his life, in which Johnny offers him 1,5000 dollars, which still isn't enough to save the farm. Then when Johnny past-post on a horse race for over $50,000, angering local mobster Passini as he and his three henchmen kills Johnny's bodyguard and then blinds Johnny's eyes with acid to "make a example out of him", Johnny asks his girl Betty to ask Kyle to kill Prassini and his men one by one for $50,000, the money he needs to save his farm, which sets the path for revenge.

Perhaps Bill is implying it is racist towards Italians and their accent when speaking English. There have been far less obvious things people claim is racist lately, so this is not particularly perplexing to me. While one may state this is an ethnicity and not a race, the term "racist" often is used to describe discrimination for either.
