I like Spy, but FYEO is my personal favorite Moore.

Casino Royale, which gets my vote this round, is so good, it's almost too good to be a Bond movie. It really doesn't fit at all with the Connery-through-Brosnan films. It's almost unfair to compare any of them. The rest of Craig's output has not lived up to the promise of his debut, IMHO.

P.S. The 1967 version of Casino Royale has a wonderful music score!
