Per the Australian release, this is confirmed to be a 3-disc set. Here is the back cover:

According to the BBFC, those deleted scenes are about 15 minutes, with the blooper reel running 4 minutes.

I hope the discs themselves are region A compatible and that region logo on the back cover is a mistake (that does happen often). It looks like there isn't going to be a USA release of this, unfortunately.

i think Sony still region lock their blu-ray releases so you'll have to get a region free player or try waiting it out for a UHD release

This is confirmed the be region B locked. That's upsetting. I hope Sony will make a USA release soon.

I was (pleasantly) surprised that it's gotten a physical release over here. I'd previously thought that it would remain an Amazon Prime streaming exclusive as a selling factor for that service. Nice that I'll be able to own and watch a physical copy. btw My Zoom despatched copy hasn't arrived today, hopefully tomorrow.

Man this sucks. Why would Amazon state Region Free in the title? Got my copy today and it doesn't play of course.

I'm pretty sure you should be able to get a refund or at least a return for a refund if you contact customer service, since they list it as region free and it is actually locked.
