Batwoman: The Complete First Season Blu-ray

Batwoman: The Complete Second Season Blu-ray Oct 11, 2021

Season 1 has been announced for August 18, 2020.
  • On The Set
  • The Best of DC TV's Comic-Con Panels San Diego 2019
  • Deleted Scenes

  • Optional English SDH subtitles

It was announced with 5 discs, so presumably one of the discs will be the Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover.

Worst Show CW has to offer.I dropped it mid season. This is coming from someone who sat through Supergirl's 2nd and 3rd seasons.

I wouldn't be surprised if all the seasons have the Crisis disc. Fans would be pissed and WB knows it

I like it.

I'm about to give up on Supergirl, though, which is unfortunate because Melissa Benoist was such perfect casting. However, her pregnancy may affect next season's production anyway, so maybe now's the perfect time to get off the train.

I didn't have a chance to watch the series, so I'll pick up the Blu-ray. (I'm going to be pessimistic and assume Black Lightning S3 will continue to be a MOD DVD release, even though it's now part of the Arrowverse.)

I'd be surprised if Crisis is on it, because that would be something they'd announce probably right in the first sentence somehow... and why make a big fuss about it being limited with Arrow if each show gets it?

The show itself is fine.... but until WB/WAC gives me Black Lightning on BD, I don't buy Arrowverse anymore. I want it all or nothing lol

ya it probably will be which will be a damn shame as Season 3 in my opinion is the best one so far.

Give it a watch on the CW's website. Unlike some of the other series, all of Batwoman is available on CW (not just the five recent episodes).

Yes, but five discs for 20 episodes? They squeezed Supergirl's 20 Season 1 episodes onto three discs.

It has been confirmed that Batwoman: Complete First Season will include the limited bonus disc for Crisis that was released for Arrow.

Too small to read.

But yeah, other websites have text indicating as much.

That's good that means Legends Supergirl The Flash maybe Black Lightning should have this disc as well. I new Warner's wouldn't be that stupid and make Crisis Arrow specific.

I'm in Canada, so no can do. The channel that airs it up here, Showcase, had most of the season streaming, but the episodes are gone now. Other than Arrow, I'm woefully behind on the other series (probably why some aspects of Crisis confused me lol)--I use the Blu-rays to catch up.

I thought Ruby Rose was kinda weak in Elseworlds, but she's won me over during Season 1.

The costume needs to be re-designed, though. I much preferred the all-black version that she wore during the first couple of episodes. I know the red hair is part of the character's "look", but it's the weakest aspect of her TV costume.

Really? I think Ruby Rose is one of the worst actresses I have watched since Megan Fox. Ruby can't emote to save her life. She gives her Kate Kane performance in the same one note monotone style as does most of the cast of this show.

I've seen you post this several times across multiple threads. You've already bashed the show twice in one thread page. Other forum members and I have heard you already. We know you don't like the show and the actors. Repeating yourself won't change our minds.

I wish they would spring for at least one commentary on a key episode. The cast of the CW shows is what makes them and would be great to hear from them besides the SDCC panels.

She was bad in Elseworlds and she's still not that great in this, but she's passable, albeit one-dimensional. The other actors and storylines are far better than Ruby/Kate/Batwoman.

I don't think they want Batwoman looking like a small boy, because like in the beginning, everybody thought it was just Batman and they want them to think women are just as capable, etc etc. I think she looks better with the wig and it's true to the original character. Everybody loses their mind when they change things too much lol

Doesn't even appear to be the full SDCC panels anyway, just "best of". Rosemary Markson of WBHE said "the devoted fan base for this phenomenal series will love the extra content on the discs" but there's barely any so I don't know what she's talking about lol

I agree that she should have a red wig, but not the one that she's currently wearing. I think something more similar to what she wears in the comics would be better.

If fans make a big enough noise warner archive could possibly change there mind and release on blu ray. It worked for Izombie. But izombie never got past s3 so I guess it only worked out abit.
