Hmmm. The film is indeed a bit hippy and self-indulgent, as was the main character. I mean, it's just a bit much. I liked it once, but it has zero replay value for me and it also reminds me of another real life wacko in a film who becomes one with nature (among other things) in Alaska: Grizzly Man.
