Well, if you were able to find the Futureshop version from Canada, that metal case comes with all the discs.

I wish someone would publish the Avengers again in a true steelbook with added discs for special features. Not wanting to go the -bay route.

I'm sure Zavvi will make one around the time part 2 comes out on Blu-ray.

Is Zavvi known for this?

Zavvi will make a Steelbook for anything. They're not going to miss the opportunity to sell 4K copies of The Avengers just before the sequel is released.

Thanks! My collection just started last year and I am enjoying finding everyone who can share with me this "infinity" of wisdom on steels. Best always!

It does seem like everytime you turn around, Zavvi is coming out with a new steelbook for something. We're lucky if we get as many steelbooks in the US during a calender year as Zavvi seems to be putting out in a month...

Bringing this thread back from the dead...

So I just received this. I noticed that the front of the metalpak doesn't sit flush on the spine side/left side, almost as if the front was slightly warped. It kind of creates a really small arch, with the widest portion of the gap above the title on the spine.

It isn't noticeable when viewing from the front, and I suppose it isn't grotesquely obvious when viewing from the spine either unless you're being observant. But it's there, it somewhat bugs me, and makes an audible metal *tap* sound if I grab it front-to-back.

So I guess what I'm asking is: is this normal for metalpaks? Do I need to relax?

It's my first metalpak, I just recently started collecting steelbooks and haven't noticed this issue with any of them. But I just want to ask much more experienced people in this hobby if it's a common thing or if I need to start thinking about facilitating a return. I understand everyone's mileage varies on what they will or will not tolerate, but if this is a common thing it would help me just take it for what it is.

Thanks!

Mine is like that as well, it must be a manufacturing defect.
