Because it's owned by Universal. They're putting huge portions of their library OOP lately.
Just in the last couple of days I noticed The Hindenburg and Phantom Thread (both BD and UHD) were OOP. I assume Universal is transitioning away from physical media. For the few titles they intend to continue selling, they've been re-releasing them as inferior MOD editions. Just look at Amazon, loads and loads of re-releases recently of old Uni titles as MOD. |
