Yes. Tried so many times that titles sold out and dropped from my order by the time I made it work. Had to change browsers, ship methods, and even got warned of "strange activity" from my bank from all the attempts. Ha.

+1. I never bought the Shout Trick r Treat....due to the scratch issue. I want to purchase it, but I do not want to end up with a f*cked up disc.

Just sent an email to Shout to see what they're going to do.

My F13 '80 case was like that in the front lower right corner so I just swapped it with the case for the bonus discs so the paper insert didn't get hung up on the crinkled corner.

Also, just one Shocktober order for now. I couldn't resist these prices, especially on TCM:NG ($17.47):



I usually pick up my Scream titles when Target has their B2G1 Free sales so there wasn't much I actually wanted/needed.

I have never ordered blu rays through Amazon, that being said, if slip covers are still available, is it better to order directly from Shout, or Amazon? Also, do blu rays in general come in good condition if ordering from Amazon?

As far as slips are concerned, Shout typically only guarantees them for the first 3 months. After that, it's a matter of how well it sold if any in the warehouse have any left. Same goes for Amazon. But I'd guess you'd have a better shot going directly from the source.

As far as how do blu-ray's arrive from Amazon? They will 9 times out of 10 be sent in a way too big bubble mailer & tossed around to hell & back. I've had plenty of movies arrive from them damaged, but also had them arrive fine. Even if you try to buy in bulk to get them to put it all in a box, they tend to ship them in separate shipments. I just ordered 6 movies from them, 4 of them were shipped in separate packages, yet arrived all on the same day.

the card option and either way the transaction keeps circling back to the beginning.

Rebooted, opened a fresh browser, signed in, the transaction still won't go through.

Open a different browser, signed in, the transaction keeps returning to square one.

Six hours of this crap. Shout! needs to put their house in order.

I had no issues with my usual Paypal guest checkout yesterday afternoon. Instantly received the order confirmation email as well. I feel bad for those of you who've been dealing with this bullshit since the sale went live.

Have you guys considered checking out as a guest and, if it ends up being painless, sending SF an email to have them add the order to your account later on?

My order last month said Free Shipping, but after I checked out and paid for it, there was a full shipping charge tacked on. Fortunately, Shout reimbursed me a few days later, but their site definitely needs an upgrade.
