First.... if it's in an aspect ratio that has black-bars on the top/bottom, but not on the left/right...... how do you suppose it stretches the image to the top/bottom without making the picture wider???

so....

1) you're either cutting off the picture on the left/right

or

2) you're stretching the image to fill the top/bottom while keeping the left/right the same, making circles into ovals, and squares into rectangles.....

Ah hah.....but what do triangles become? See?.....You never thought about that, did ya?
