Yes, it is a "Large File" being downloaded.
Yes, it is maxing out my connection.
About 46 minutes left at the time of me snagging that image - I'll live.

Seeing as broadband speeds keep on climbing(I have 8, some have 15, others have 30, a few lucky people have 100mbps), DVD downloads are getting pretty close to being a mainstream occurance.
Why do you think Netflix has a download service now?

More and more people EVERYDAY are getting faster and faster connections.

What was your connection's max 3 years ago?
