its a love or hate thing, i dont like it on movies, especially 24p movies, now about the 240Hz...lord have mercy.

haven't seen 240hz yet.

how does it look better than 120hz?

emm its very hard to tell the difference, i have seen it split screen with 120hz on one side and 240hz on the other and the difference is so indistinguishable it can be summed up by one word- overrated

Most tv's refresh at 60hz, so a 120hz is double the refresh rate and makes for a better refresh rate, hell imagine what the 240hz looks like..
but yeah some have said it makes a movie appear to have the look of film, instead of video if that makes any sense.
I personally like it on some movies like transformers and crank where it is bright and flashy as shit. but i agree, some movies it doesn't do much justice.

To my question above, i was just curious, it image difference is probably due to the true-motion or whatever.
