After seeing pics I’m definitely wishing I had went with the regular set. Not knocking the steelbook set but it’s not worth the extra money I spent. Oh well, perhaps I’ll return it.

i plan on keeping mine sealed in case i want a huge chunk of change back. we'll see when i get it cause damage would be an easy choice.

Just got mine… numbering sticker is a bit crooked, but at least not covering the etched artwork.

Slightly bend/ding on the lefthand side, but not a dealbreaker. I do wish it was a sturdier outer box/case overall…but it is a nice set in person.

Bonus points for the matte finish on the Steelbooks!
(I know a lot of users here prefer glossy finishes, but I'm ALL about the matte here! lol)

Got mine, shipped in a box nopadding, case was bend, sticker on side not straight, slight pinhole above it indent.

The Case either A. came like this from the factory or B, shuffled in no padding transit. SB Seasons 3 4 5 was top out of the top groove touching Season 2 like dominos.

I was so mad I ripped it open and fixed it, no foam was missing or damaged.

I really feel ripped for the price, now Im scared to buy the Rambo set. Since I opened it I cant return it, now suck as I wanted to keep it sealed.

This is so disappointing to hear. I'm gonna return mine when I receive it. After reading about playback problems, the possible damage problems, the digital code not even redeeming in 4k. Shit, this just isn't worth close to $300 in my opinion. Ok i'll shut up about the set now.

Got mine - they are so awful. I thought I was safe when I saw all the bubble wrap, but they just made sure that the set was smashed against one corner of the box. One side of the tin case is smashed in. I'm done with Best Buy.

Receive the Rambo set today as well in a plastic envelope with a nice dent in it.

Damn hearing the above makes me worried about receiving mine now. It looks to be delayed by a day for some reason. I don’t usually pre-order items especially from Best Buy...
