PS5 - Monthly PlayStation Plus Game Collection Thread

So PS+ titles can be redeemed via the PlayStation store but do we have any more details regarding redemption of potentially the PS+ Collection in the same way to use even if only accessible via PS5?

I've not seen anything about that. My inkling there is those are just permanently freely available to PS5 owners. Maybe in a section of the console store only accessible from the PS5 directly? We'll know on the 12th when we can see if any of that shows up in the Webstore/App.

In terms of this month's games, I'm having a really good time with Shadow of War so far! Took me a bit to get into it, but now I'm pretty hooked. I think it's a pretty big game so I have something to keep me busy if I can't land a PS5 or XSX soon, or to play on PS5 after finishing up Miles Morales and Astrobot.

Hollow Knight isn't for me. I dumped around 12 hours into it on Switch. It's a very well made game, but was overly difficulty for me and one of a couple games that made me realize I don't enjoy "metroidvania" type games that much anymore. The backtracking and figuring out where to go/what to do next just doesn't do it for me any more. Loved those types of games in my younger days, but I guess my tastes shifted and/or I just played too many in that genre and got burnt out on it. Doubt I'll try another one before an actual new Metroid game. Maybe the 2nd Ori game when i get an XSX as I did like the first game a lot--but that was before I realized the burnout on the genre.
