If you still have the PS4 version, you can download/install it on your PS5 load it up and initiate the save upload process then boot up the PS5 version and download the save to trigger the trophies. Otherwise, maybe ask a trusted friend?

No. 30 Also not too difficult, especially since there's no difficulty related trophy so you can play it in God mode if you really wanted to.

I will be going for the last two Remaster trophies. Never had an incentive to go for a 100 hit combo in the OG release or clear a base without taking damage.
