You got lucky with the CSR then. One time a CSR tried to tell me it was too late for me to get a price adjustment, but he was looking at a different item on the same order that had passed the return date.

mine ended on Tuesday as well but i got the price adjustment anyways. i tried that with Godzilla last year but it didnt work out. has anyone that failed gave it a try again right after or later in the day & was successful?

It might be due to the extended holiday return period.

Warner Brothers went with glossy for the Joker steenbok.

...no idea why they decided to go with matte for this one.

might have gotten lucky if you did miss it. some of us did. wasnt the first time but its nothing to count on either.

Ha must have been an error. I'll just buy a 4k digital copy when it inevitably goes on sale. I thought they were trying to do something weird like John Wick 3 where you had to use a custom app to redeem the code from the QR codes.

You should email them about it. I’ve had that happen before and they just had me send pictures and proof of purchase and they sent a digital code to me. That way you dont have to put money out that you shouldn’t have too.
