Its here! The last of 11 Star Wars Steels arrives safely. All 11 of mine arrived safely and in very good condition - only a few minor dings. And to think I was just going to buy a New Hope...

Welp. Everyone is receiving their IX and I still don't have mine. Also still don't have I, VII, and Solo...

I've got new orders of VII and Solo placed and shipped, wondering if I need to do the same for IX now...

My Rise of Skywalker finally showed up today, albeit with the dreaded spine slash. It’s in otherwise perfect condition though.

Mine arrived with a spine slash, too. Has anyone ever had any luck with Zavvi doing anything about that?

I wouldn’t count on much. I think some have had success in getting a small refund (~10-15%) after contacting Zavvi.

I must be lucky all mine came in perfect condition other than Solo which never arrived which I had to get via third party online.

Nov 23rd. Exactly when my dispatch email predicted. One of the lucky ones I guess.

Episode I is the only release that gave me problems. That release was in transit for nearly 2 months.

Mine has a spine slash. I was able to have them shipped a replacement and told me to keep the other as a gift

Last one received along with replacement case for Empire. So glad this is over with and I'm honestly done with Zavvi. Their customer service is terrible. So many lies regarding my orders and I can do without the hassle especially considering I'm paying for the items. Until this Star Wars debacle I've never had any issues but to be lied to about the status of my orders time and time again is where I draw the line!
I'll spend my money elsewhere and if Zavvi is the only one releasing an item...
I can do without!
