they actually forgot a whole lot and added stuff that doesn't belong. the casting was fine for superman returns. it's the originals you gotta worry about. who could forget ned beatty. every time he's on screen he ruins the movie.

How about when Superman gets drunk in Superman III? We all know alcohol doesnt effect him!!!

Or how about the suit in Superman Returns?

Last but not least......... The "made up" superpower of usuing his eyes to rebuild the Great Wall of China in IV??????

I understand they were trying to give it and "updated" look, but I mean did they really have to butcher the "S"? Or how about the color of the cape.... what is that maroon? I mean I got used to it, but when I saw the first picture of the suit I thought it was just as bad as Batman with nipples!!

Now that may be only a small change but to me its WAY better

I didnt think the earth spinning backwards in Superman was that stupid. There are so many more moments that could've been picked instead of some of these. I also think Brandon Routh made an excellent superman

BUT I WILL HOWEVER AGREE WITH THE S BEING TO SMALL AND THE LARGER VERSION IS DEF BETTER

I also don't see anything wrong with the "S" on his outfit.

The color is slightly off but not that bad.

The Earth spinning backwards is literally the dumbest idea ever. If he was to actually cause the Earth to stop spinning we would lose gravitational pull and people would be slung into Outer Space at thousands of miles an hour. Near instant death upon the whole world. Smart thinking Stuperman!

After the Earth spinning backwards crap, I'd have to say putting in Superman's kid is the next dumbest thing. The whole kid angle bugged the crap out of me!
