The commentary was exclusive to the Netflix stream and wasn't included on the BD set for S1. I could be wrong, but I believe they were actually released after the S1 BD set, concurrent with the premiere of S2, though I'm sure they were recorded in time to have been on the BD set. I always assumed it would finally appear on the complete set, but we never got one in the US.
