How the hell did he see a script? Justin Theroux finished it like a month and a half ago.

I love Terrence Howard. "Hustle & Flow" is one of my favorite movies, loved him in "Crash", and everything else he has been in. However, I disagree with his complaint at it's core. Most of the time actors are paid a set fee for their services and that fee is usually not based on what the movie makes at the box office. If that was the case he would owe the studio money for "Pride", "Idlewild" and a few other movies that didn't make back what the studio thought they would.
Now, if they actually promised him one thing and did another, then that is just not right.

It depends on what's in his contract. If his contract stated that he would get money on the back end then he was entitled to it. Its not uncommon for studios to "hide the profits" and say they made less than they actually did once the final accounting is over. If he was to get money on the back end then its a legitimate gripe.

If I were him, I would've done almost anything to get my very own War Machine trilogy.
