I think they are one of the pundits on The NFL Show, Jason Bell. They're one of the celebrities taking part in this year's series of Strictly.

Secondly, checked the BBC's red button service in the last couple of days, and it says the Women's Super League has games on the weekend after next as well, so there should be an edition of The Women's Football Show on BBC One on Sunday 15th November.

Last weekend, the Women's Super League returned after an international break (The Women's Football Show was on last Sunday night). There are games on this weekend and the weekend after. After that, I suspect The Women's Football Show won't be back until (I'm guessing) the first weekend after New Year's Day.

Just before the end of yesterday's edition of The Women's Football Show, they mentioned that the show will return on Sunday 10th January.

Following on from the above quoted post, there was no new edition on last Sunday evening/night, due to the games being postponed due to you-know-what.

The Women's Football Show is in this coming Sunday's listings.

A new series of Match of the Day (and it's Sunday night spin-off) started on BBC One either last weekend or the weekend before that.

Have tried to find out when the Women's Super League is starting (did a web search, and it starts in two weeks time, on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th September. In addition to this, it looks like the BBC and Sky Sports are sharing the television rights to live Women's Super League games. Hopefully, The Women's Football Show will be back. Shall find out the weekend after next).

After this past weekend's games, the Women's Super League is going on an international break. They didn't say at the end of last night's edition of The Women's Football Show when the next edition will air. But I'm sure during last night's edition they mentioned that one game would be played in two weeks time.

Meant to post this just over a week ago. After the games played the weekend before last, the Women's Super League went on a four-week break. The next games are being played over the weekend of Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th November (so the next edition of The Women's Football Show should air on Sunday 7th November).

I knew the Women's Super League's new season would start later this year, because of the Women's Euro Championships earlier this summer. Have done a web search for the first weekend of the season in the last few days, and the first games are being played over Friday 9th - Sunday 11th September. So that should mean The Women's Football Show will be back on Sunday 11th September.

Not forgetting, well done to the England ladies/womens team for winning the Euro Championships.

A week later than scheduled, the Women's Super League started it's new season this past weekend. Highlights show The Women's Football Show started on BBC One last night (in a longer than usual timeslot).

I had found out in the news this week about Richard Belzer, and earlier about John Motson, but I didn't know about Dickie Davies. Remember well watching World of Sport on ITV on Saturday afternoons.

The Women's Football Show will be back next Sunday night after a two week break, with I think the penultimate edition of the season, as after doing a web search in the last few days to see when the Women's Super League's season is ending, the last weekend of games is on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th May. I assume then, that the last edition in the current series of The Women's Football Show will air on BBC One on Sunday 28th May.

Update: The Women's Super League's season ended last Saturday (27th May), with the season finale of The Women's Football Show airing on BBC One last Saturday night.

The BBC and ITV's television coverage of the Women's Football World Cup starts next Wednesday night (19th July) on BBC One with a preview (airing at 10.40 pm - 11.10 pm), with the opening two games airing next Thursday morning (20th July):

Thursday 20th July:

- New Zealand v Norway (on BBC One at 7.30 am - 10.15 am (kick off is at 8 am)

- Australia v Republic of Ireland (on ITV1 at 10.15 am - 1.30 pm (kick off is at 11 am).

Yes, got my season ticket (well waiting for digital season ticket that downloads onto phone) and our first game is Sunday live on Sky at 5.30.
