Hi,

I'm late to the party and wanted to collect all the Umbrella Australian film releases. What is the best place for pricing to buy them since I need to import. It looks like JBHIFI is cheaper than Sanity, are there any others I'm not aware of? I know JBHIFI recently had a 20% off sale. Do these things ever have a BOGO sale or 2 for 1 or 1/2 price or should I be looking at $12 AUS per title as a great deal? I basically want to do a large order and cover all the titles in one shot, so I'm trying to decide when to jump. Thanks

Next jbhifi sale is boxing day. Use that and also umbrellas website. Check ebay as well. Cant really price em coz titles do go oop.

It sure is. Umbrella has some pretty tough competition now, but they'll always be the champions of Australian films.

Think I missed the formal announcement but I learned last night from one of the extras on The Last Wave that Umbrella are releasing the full David Gulpilil documentary 'Walkabout To Hollywood' in February. As far as I can see it wasn't available on the mainstream before, so definitely picking it up.

The new Bad Boy Bubby edition looks to be a re-release of the previous blu-ray edition here which went OOP. Same specs and extra features... Good news re Sunday Too Far Away on blu!

I'm not surprised about Bad Boy Bubby, but at least the artwork is a lot different. Half of the previous 'Beyond Genres' releases were basically re-issues.
