Cruise or Hanks, but Cruise has probably been more consistently successful over the last 10-15 years than Hanks has been.

Cruise after 1999 relegated himself into "full action movie star" mode by just doing the MIB franchise or things like Jack Reacher.

To me DiCaprio has managed to stay relevant for nearly 30 years as the biggest movie star and at the same the defining "serious actor" of this generation and era.
Something in my opinion Cruise never achieved.

Weird cut off going 30 years back. Sort of set up for DiCaprio's entire body of work whereas some others have 1/2 their stuff cut off (like De Niro)

But where is Demi Moore? The biggest female star of the 90s with Ghost, Indecent Proposal, A Few Good Men, etc. Even her flops were legendary and captivated national attention like Striptease.
