Canada Post Online?

I don't ship things so this doesn't affect me, but I did notice the poster/ad for this at the Post Office the other day when picking up a package. I will say that the poster heavily implied (to me, at least) that this new process was a) optional, and b) more convenient, and so if what you're saying is true and neither a) or b) are correct, that feels like pretty dishonest advertising to me on CP's part.
