Yep I had seen that some days ago, although at this point it seems like a showcase more for their flagship Bravia products than a small intro of a serious streaming service. They could easily use the basic app and expand it though. We'll see!

You'd have to think that Sony doesn't want to get "too far involved" regarding streaming, given the difficulties with PS Vue that closed up a yr ago. This is a way to keep their foot in the door so to speak. And like you said, expand upon it if it catches on. Maybe even perhaps include "Sony Movie Channel" if that's even still on (had it on DTV when I dropped it in '16). But you have to think Sony is looking at what Warner, Disney, Universal and Paramount are doing and ask "why not us?"
