Not for those of us who bought the set on day one. It took quite a while actually.

I ordered as a guest instead of logging into my account. I couldn't remember my password and had FOMO.

We should be getting May titles next week or the following week. Not going to lie, but my expectations are high, which I hope isn't a folly on my end.

Next week will be April titles. So not much beyond IFC announcements most likely. Still a month to go for May announcements.

Same here, I squirreled away some cash hoping for something worthwhile.

There are no April titles. Those would have been revealed at the start of this month and we had no announcements at the start of this month. Shout always reveals titles three months in advance and they even mentioned in their reply that May titles would be revealed in February.

April titles should have been revealed in early January. It looks like they're skipping the month entirely (Shout in general), which bodes well for some kind of 'restart' from May.

My mistake, things all sort of blur together these days... particularly when there aren't new announcements or things to look forward to.

Thats certainly promising then and some much needed good news. Some new title announcements will prove a nice pickmeup.

I think there is a good chance we'll get that one soon. I'm hoping King Kong '76 is one as well which was planned to coincide with the new film before it was moved up to. March.

I didn't bother either, I'd never have noticed the errors anyway. Glad those who wanted them got them though!

Paramount probably pulled back all the titles Shout had licensed leaving this crater in their line-up. Apparently they ceased licensing again.

Anyone able to speculate as to the reason?

Someone on here said Paramount was actually happy with the sale numbers. They do seem to be churning titles out now but of course with little rhyme or reason like all the studios.

I hope not. I was certainly looking forward to some, especially The Dead Zone. I really wish Shout was able to manage another contract with MGM for 4Ks. I'm expecting most of what gets announced to be Universal.

If it's true then it's probably because they finally figured out they can release their films themselves and cut off the middle man.

As long as everything gets released, i don't care who or how they release these movies.

Would King Kong '76 be a Scream release or a Shout Select release? I feel like SF sometimes puts films into weird categories....

If it really is in the works, does anyone think there is a chance for a 4K release? It remains my favorite Cronenberg title (which is saying something!) and also my favorite King film adaptation.

If SF does release it, I doubt it'll even get a new scan, let alone a UHD.

I tend to agree, however, for those of us who like a little window dressing with our movies we're gonna have to be happy with movie-only discs in generic packaging. Nothing wrong with that as long as they're priced accordingly. I'm not paying $22-27 for barebones Blu-rays.
