The Dungeon of Andy Milligan boxset from Severin Films

Anybody have a list of Milligan films that are available and not in this set? DVD only included?

First I thought I heard only two films were missing (the two released by Garagehouse pictures), Severin I think said this on the podcast.

Then someone pointed out there's a dvd of Surgikill.

Now the two found by Winding Refn are noted as not included.

Anything else?

Turns out someone posted this in the Severin thread at basically the same time I was asking.

Both the following have been released unfinished on the byNWR site:

Compass Rose (1967)
House of Seven Belles (1979)
