Having just watched Episode 4, I'm not very keen on how they've introduced Sword. It was being implied previously that Sword was a project of Fury's, with him setting up the orbital base from the comics, seen at the end of Far From Home. Not only does Episode 4 contradict this, but it also appears that Sword have been around in the MCU for years, without ever being mentioned once? Pretty odd considering that they're essentially doing the same thing that Shield do. Its a frustrating bit of continuity bending that doesn't help with MCU consistency.

A interesting tidbit mention online:

Quote:
An alternate ending for Thor would have introduced S.W.O.R.D. into the MCU all the way back in 2011. In this version, Thor ended with Erik Selvig now running a lab, excitedly briefing a team to run simulations; up on the roof of the building, Jane Foster and Darcy were attempting to send a signal to the Bifrost in order to bring Thor back to Earth. But the most interesting line of dialogue is when Selvig tells his team to "cross-reference... with the S.W.O.R.D. database."

I would think the start of SWORD will be shown in Captain Marvel 2.

So who is the person under witness protection?

I am also suspicious of Tyler. Leaves the scene for what reason?

I think it's genuinely cool that the Darcy/Woo thing sets up for
[Show spoiler]the interview format the show will take on when it hits The Office/Modern Family era
.

Also just more Woo in general, please. I did not know I needed so much more of him in this universe.

He's honestly terrific and fits really well without overdoing it on the comedy. He was great in Ant-Man & The Wasp too. Hopefully he'll either be in the third movie or more projects after this show.

Glad I gave this a chance. Really enjoying it. I would like to own a blu-ray of this (i don't own really any tv shows on disc) but I'm not giving my hopes up.

The creativity to making some of these promos is amazing. Play the answering the door very slowly.

Is that a legit promo? I feel like there’s been a lot of crazy but fake things flying around

I'm not watching anymore previews (well apart from what I see on TV ads). Don't want to be spoiled!

There was some speculation about releasing 2 to compensate for the leak.

So as a casual, I have a question for some of you hardcore MCU fans: are there any of you that prefer Aaron Taylor-Johnson over Evan Peters? Because I do.

I mean, even though they made ATJ's Quicksilver look like the lead singer from Nickelback, I just prefer him as an actor over Evan Peters.

I'm hoping he (ATJ) also ends up having an appearance in this series. Preferably with a more comic accurate costume.

I prefer Evan Peters as Quicksilver over Aaron Taylor-Johnson, simply because I enjoyed Peters' performance more and prefer the X-Men movies he appears in over Avengers: Age of Ultron, which to me is actually one Marvel Studios' weakest films.

But if you're asking who I would prefer to reprise the role of Quicksilver for WandaVision, it would be Aaron Taylor-Johnson, because he is who was already established in the MCU. I'm no fan of recasting if it can be helped.

Having said that, if this series goes the route of alternate multiverse versions of characters, I'd like to see both actors make an appearance (Kick-Ass reunion!).

As far as the look of Quicksilver, I don't think either version had an ideal outfit for the character. I would also like to see a more comic accurate costume.
