Never in a million years did I ever expect to see this on BD, but I’m not complaining.

Wasn't expecting this one. I was expecting Top cat, Yogi Bear, or at least Jabberjaw. But I will still get this one.

Until last year when news of a new HD master showed up on the streaming services, I also never would have believed in a million years that this would ever show up on BluRay especially since its been mocked heavily over the years by some as one of the worst TV shows of all time, which is a bit of hyperbole to me. Kind of still hope shows like The Herculoids, Wacky Races, Dastardly and Muttley in Their Flying Machines, all the 70s Super Friends cartoons, The New Adventures of Jonny Quest, The Pirates of Dark Water, and The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest series make the upgrade to BluRay.

I'm not mad to the point that I want the full HB catalog on Blu-ray. However, I'm shocked that this is coming to Blu-ray ahead of things like Yogi Bear, Super Friends, Top Cat, Herculoids, Atom Ant or any of the Flintstones, Jetsons or Jonny Quest spin off shows to name a few of a long list of more popular fare.

The only reason we're seeing it is because new HD masters were done for HBO Max. It costs WAC next to nothing to put it out.

I haven’t seen this show in over a decade, but it’s not awful, and it’s actually pretty fun. It just has a super random and nonsensical concept. The show itself is about on the same level of quality as the original TV show. If you like campy, retro space adventures mixed with Scooby-Doo-esque hijinks, this show is for you. I really enjoy the sci-fi infused songs. SPOILER: Unfortunately, the show doesn’t have a proper ending, so we never know if they make it back to earth.

Probably couldn’t sum it up better than this. It’s probably been about the same amount of time since I watched it last. Probably watched it last on Boomerang. Actually used to watch this all the time when it was on Cartoon Network back in the day.

Yeah, I saw it on Boomerang when they ran it with the original show. I miss it when they ran obscure Hanna-Barbara cartoons.

Oh, this is surprising...I forgot about this until I just saw the news for the BD, I recall being into Josie and the ***** Cats when I was a kid, not sure how much I’d like it now, (I’m not saying how long since I’ve seen it), but, I’ll likely pick this up.

I’m also surprised some other titles, as mentioned above, weren’t released before, or with, this one. Would like to see them give us the rest of the Jetsons on blu more than any others mentioned.

Is there a thread that compiles all the cartoons with seasons or complete series on blu-ray?

There's this thread, which lists all TV shows that are completely on Blu-ray, cartoons included.

I apparently read the title too slow every single time and get excited and then disappointed

Apologies to fans, don’t mean to derail

What doesnt make any sense, is Yogi is streaming and beautifully remastered in HD on Hbo Max,so there is 0 excuses for Warner Archive not to put it out.

Unless WHE is planning on releasing Yogi on Blu-ray?

I agree, they need to get this done.
