Anyone who owns the German 4k release confirm if has English subtitles?

Also I have seen a few smaller releases have region lock issues (even on 4k) any such issues exist for US players for the German release?

No English subtitles. Has all English audio. Intro and end screen text are in German. If copied to Plex you can use the subtitles from other people. That worked for me.

What to use to show film 4k info?
Some dark scenes have a lot of noise. Overall it looks great in 4K.
