Oh my god. As if we are still seeing this type of nonsense in 2021?!

This type of subtle racism is annoying as hell too because they would be really easy to pass off as "innocent mistakes" should anyone rightfully call it out.

As bad as another one (advert) some pages back that made the Kong burger choice "Southern chicken" and I wonder why.....

Can't really think of any type of sandwich to apply to either character. Maybe a Japanese seafood cuisine for Godzilla, but even still... it's a dumb promotion.

Didn't Carl's Jr just do one for the yet-released Clifford movie using a hot dog?

I remember wanting to try a 'Kong-size Whopper' when the Peter Jackson film came out but never got around to it. At least that one made a little sense just for being large.

Went to letterboxd to log it, I rated it 7/10 lol.
Must have been the credits song adding a couple stars to it

Yeah, the Halloween Whopper. They also had the Nightmare King.

Chicken and beef patties with bacon on a Green bun. I actually had it once and it wasn't that bad. (and in case you were wondering, no it was not that neat when I got it)

I 100% agree about the music of KOTM, it's one the most awesome score I have heard in a while. I've replayed so many of those tracks that I know them by heart. As for the movie itself I still really like it alot even with some of it's shortcomings.
